Nashon Garrett is a former American freestyle and Folkstyle wrestler. Nashon is a 4x All-American (3,2,5,1), 2x Finalist, and Division 1 National Champion while competing for Cornell University. In high school, Nashon was a 2x state champion in California, in addition to winning the 2018 Final X.
Garrett, known for his dynamic wrestling style and resilience, shares insights into his journey from a late start in wrestling to becoming a four-time All-American and World Team member. He discusses the challenges and triumphs of his career, including his experiences at the Olympic Trials and his commitment to faith and personal growth. Jake Gervase is former NFL player and Iowa Hawkeye. Currently living in Austin, Texas, Jake is currently working as a realtor and owns a rental business with his brother. Jake played for the Los Angeles Rams from 2019-2022, winning a Super Bowl Ring with a win over the Bengals in 2022. Gervase was also a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes for five seasons, joining the team as a walk-on and redshirting his true freshman season. As a redshirt senior, he led the Hawkeyes with 89 tackles, seven passes broken up, and four interceptions and was named honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference. Gervase finished his collegiate career with 153 total tackles and seven interceptions in 44 games played.

A former 3x Division 1 All-American (3, NQ, 3, 2) standout from Ohio State and Stanford University, Joey is coming off a championship run from the U.S. Open, and is gearing up for the Pan-Ams and Final X. In Freestyle, Joey is a 2x Pan American Champion, multiple-time Grand Prix medalist, and a U23 World medalist and U.S. National Champion.

Wes Hand is the current Head Wrestling Coach at Pleasant Valley High School and former University of Iowa wrestler. While competing for the Hawkeyes (1997-2001), Hand posted a 102-32 career mark at heavyweight. Wes was a two-time All American for the University of Iowa at Heavyweight where he was an NCAA National Runner-up and Big Ten champ in 2000 and placed eighth in 1998. The University of Iowa won an NCAA team title in all five years of Hand’s career as a Hawkeye (1996-2000). After college, Hand was an Assistant Coach at Virginia Tech and at the University of Iowa. Originally from Tama, Iowa, Hand was a 1995 2A state champ at Heavyweight. for South Tama High School.

Cody Caldwell is a former D1 Wrestler for the University of Northern Iowa and the Assistant Coach at South Dakota State University. Since 2017, he’s coached 45 National Qualifiers and 13 All-Americans for the Jackrabbits. As a collegiate wrestler, Caldwell was a four-year starter and team captain at the University of Northern Iowa. The Waverly, Iowa, native qualified for the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships in 2014 at 174 pounds. In high school, Cody was a 3x State Champion for Waverly-Shell Rock and a Fargo All-American.

Landon Williams is the current Head Wrestling Coach at Central College. In high school, Landon was a 4x Iowa State Qualifier, 3x State Placewinner, and dominated his way to a State Title his senior year ( SQ, 3,3,1) for Davenport Assumption. Landon was also a 2x USA Folkstyle All-American for Young Guns Wrestling Club. In college, Landon was a 4-year member of the Wartburg Knights wrestling program. During his time at Wartburg he won 4 team national titles and two individual titles. In 2012, his sophomore campaign, he won his first NCAA national title at 165 lbs. with a win over Coe College's Nick LeClere. In his final season as a Knight, Williams capped off the year with a pin in the 174 lbs. national final against Anthony Bonaventura of Waynesburg to secure his second national title. He finished his career with a 135–15 record and as a 2x team captain, 2x NCAA champion, 3x NCAA all-American, and 4x NCAA team champion. Williams began his coaching career at Wartburg College following his graduation in 2014 for one season. Then after a stint coaching high school wrestling at Holy Cross in Louisiana, Williams would return to Wartburg in 2019 to coach under head coach Eric Keller. During his time at Wartburg, Williams would help the Knights return to the top of the NCAA wrestling world by winning the 2022 NCAA team title, the programs first since 2018. In his final two seasons at Wartburg the program would finish as back to back National Runner-ups. In his coaching career at Wartburg, Williams was a part of the 2022 NCAA team national championships, 3 NCAA team national runner-ups (2015, 2023–2024), and helped coach 6 individual national champions and 42 all-Americans.
